What good is sitting alone in your room? Come hear the music
play....
An evening of fine torch songs by our own cabaret singer
Moira King and an abundance of saucy and sweet one-of-a kind gifts
for your sweetie. Come out for the evening to shop, sip and enjoy
the music.
The artisan feast will feature t-shirts, body care products,
jewelry, unique personalized portraits, saucy lingerie, and many
other treats! All just in time for Valentines Day; find something
for your current love, an ex-flame, or treat yourself (you deserve
it). Artists include Toronto craft sensations Sweetie Pie Press & The
Misanthrope Specialty Co., and local craft
heartthrobs such as She Weaves, Hayley Schmalz, Homestead Herbals, Nightjar
Books, Anatomy of Skirt and Karmasuetures. Also introducing Cherry
Delight and Shiny Black Shoes!
The Craft Cabaret is brought to you by the Hotglue Honeys; Erin
and Sue!
Anatomy
of a Skirt -www.anatomyofaskirt.com
- Anatomy of a Skirt originally began as a reconstructed clothing
design line, but we soon found that we preferred making and
designing handbags and accessories to drafting detailed clothing
patterns. The name, however, stuck. Our designs are quirky and
full of personality with a playful edge, and often feature robots,
squid and other fantastic creatures. Anatomy of a Skirt strives to
use vintage and recycled materials as much as possible, and hopes
to someday create a line of completely sustainable products.
Anatomy of a Skirt is powered by coffee, fruit, and thought of
unicorns. You can contact Erin directly at

Sue
Nally - Ever since Sue was a wee jimmer-jammer she liked to
make things. Having dabbled in everything from toe-weaving to
whipped candles, she finally settled on bringing joy and laughs to
the craft world by her fortune kookies. Her work embodies her firm
belief in the functional being fun and funky. Her latest projects
re-visit her love of embroidery and marabou. She's well-known for
not doing her best work in the morning. An exciting website for
KARMASUTURES is coming soon.....
